Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver SAP training programs to internal employees and external clients
Identify training needs and develop training plans
Design training materials and modules
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients
Conduct training sessions in classroom or virtual settings
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
Provide support and assistance to users of SAP systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and changes
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP training and development
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
SAP certification is a plus
